DPC Medical provides educational weight management consultations for adults seeking personalized care. During your consultation, we review your medical history, health goals, BMI, current medications, and discuss appropriate evidence-based weight management options.


Beginning July 1st:  Medicare Weight Management Consultations

Medicare may provide coverage for certain weight management services for eligible beneficiaries.

DPC Medical offers consultations to review your medical history, discuss your options, and

determine whether you may qualify under current Medicare guidelines.

If appropriate, we will discuss next steps, including any prior authorization requirements that may apply.

Not everyone will qualify.  Recommendations are based on your medical history and current Medicare requirements. 


Telehealth Available

Many evaluations can be completed by secure telehealth from the comfort of your home.
